Definition:

To flander is to flip flop or be in a state of distress where indecision paralyzes ability to act. To be in a discombobulated state. It is an alteration, if not an altercation, of flounder.

Examples:
  • "He was flandering in his own feces!"
  • "I was flandering trying to figure out what to do with my life!"
  • "If you flander, you flail." (Alternate saying for "If you hesitate, opportunity passes" or "If you snooze you lose")
